The Zena Launch Pad is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is "activating female entrepreneurs to rewrite stories of extreme poverty and gender inequality" in Kamali, Uganda.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to create a unique piece of jewelry created with beads from locally sourced Ankole Cattle Horn that is a by-product of the agricultural industry, creating ethical jewelry. You will also have the opportunity to find out more about Zena from one of the founders, Loren Brett.
