Tablescapes is a unique happy-hour event and scholarships fundraiser that features elaborate and whimsical table settings designed by local artists, decorators, event planners, nonprofits, and tablescape enthusiasts. Tablescapes includes an open bar with specialty drinks, delicious food, and some friendly table decorating competition while guests socialize, admire, and vote on their favorites. The “People’s Choice Award” is awarded to the top three tables as voted on by Tablescapes guests, and a panel of secret judges determine “Best in Show” and two “Show Stopper” awards.
Tablescapes supports the Braunfels Foundation Trust’s goal of annually funding and awarding numerous career tech (vocational and technical) scholarships of $2,500 each to graduating seniors in the New Braunfels’ school districts.
